ChatBack Badge is a ueseful tool provided by google, to be used to chat live with the visitors of your website.
You must start by making an google account and after that you have to create a badge at http://www.google.com/talk/service/badge/New

• I encoutered some limitations and some problems with ChatBack badge, so I decided to make this litle application.
• The problem was that very often, on IE and on Google Chrome, the badge shown an error message "Not Found" .
• To solve this problem, I have made a custom link but by using this I had to change mannualy on the sites my status.
• This application solves the problem by offering you the posibility to set a link to be accesed whe the aplication is opening
  and a link to be accesed when the application is closing (by user or by windows).
• Other problem was that when a visitor click on the badge, you have to click in google talk application the link to access
  the badge and after that to click to another link. This makes a delay in your response.
• This application can be set to start with windows and you will have an icon near the clock in the taskbar.

We want to add the following new options:

• flashing the icon when you receive a new message - for the moment you only hear a sound when a new visitor is connected or
  when a user sends you a message
• a bot with predefined messages to interact with visitors
• predefined messages that can be sent as response to the visitor requests
• many other useful options

First steps:

• create a google account
• login in your google account in Internet Explorer and check " Stay signed in "
• edit your badge
• click on the badge from your account and a meesage will appear a message in Google Talk application with the link to acces the host
  chat. Copy that link an paste it in the Settings window in the application
• put the links of the script that changes your status
• click Reload from menu
• check "Start with window" to start the application when windows starts, so you will be online when you start the windows
